Live Photo Utility terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of Live Photo Utility, the iPhone app by Kanku Software Solutions. By downloading and using it you accept them.

Licence to use
Kanku Software Solutions grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use Live Photo Utility on your Apple devices. You may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute the app, except as the law permits.
Free features and Pro
The app includes free features with a limit on cleanup or export operations and a free daily gift of additional operations, which requires no purchase and shows no ads. Pro is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks use without those limits, the GIF quality controls and batch workflows. Pro is restored with your Apple Account from within the app. The App Store shows the price for your country, and payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
Deletion and backups
The app always asks for your explicit confirmation before moving items to Recently Deleted. You are responsible for backing up your photos and videos before deleting anything. Recovery of deleted items depends on Apple’s Photos app and its time limits.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific storage saving. The outcome depends on your library, iCloud state, file formats and the operations you choose. Possible-duplicate detection is an aid for review and you should check it before confirming.
Availability
The app is provided “as is” and as available. We may change, update or withdraw features where reasonable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kanku Software Solutions is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss arising from use of the app, and its total liability will not exceed what you paid for the app. This does not limit any rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, brand and texts belong to Kanku Software Solutions. Your photos and videos remain yours and the app acquires no rights over them.
Apple licence agreement
These terms are complemented by Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) for licensed applications.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date; if you keep using the app, you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts with jurisdiction under the applicable rules will be competent, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
