- An animated envelope that opens on arrival, your story, the venues, the schedule and directions, with your own photos, music and template.
- One link per group
- Each family or group of guests gets its own link, with its name and the number of seats reserved for it.
- RSVP
- Each guest says whether they are coming, their allergies or dietary needs, and whether they need the bus. Answers arrive in your dashboard on their own.
- Private dashboard for the couple
- Manage groups and guests, see who has replied and who has not, and check the totals for attendance, allergies and bus seats.
- CSV import and export
- Load the guest list from a CSV template and export the data whenever you need it.
- Send via WhatsApp
- Send each group its link on WhatsApp and remind those who have not replied yet.
- Open invitation
- A general link for people without an individual invitation: requests stay pending until you approve or reject them.
- Table planning
- Create tables with their capacity and assign each guest to one, depending on your plan.

How do I get started?
Request a demo from the contact page. For now each couple is set up manually, with no automatic sign-up.
What data does the RSVP ask for?
Guests’ names, whether they attend, their allergies or dietary restrictions, whether they need the bus and an optional message. The group’s contact phone number is entered by the couple in their dashboard.
Who can see my guests’ data?
Only your private dashboard, which is protected by account login. Each couple sees only its own data. We explain it in the privacy policy.
What happens to the data after the wedding?
Guest data is deleted automatically six months after the date of the event.
mibodita is a Kankusoft platform. Available features may vary depending on the plan.
